The programs and clinical services are offered by the university staff, counselors, and professional psychotherapists. In order to accomplish these activities, the association collaborates with:

• The Albert Ellis Institute for REBT, NY, USA (president Dr. Albert Ellis);
• The Academy of Cognitive Therapy, PA, USA (honorary president Dr. Aaron Beck);

and with other professional national or international associations with similar purposes.

The full training programs in cognitive behavior psychotherapies:

The training is recognized both nationally and internationaly: nationally by the Romanian umbrella associations of psychotherapy: the "Romanian Federation of Psychotherapy and the "National College of Counselors and Psychotherapists" (including the Romanian Board of Psychologists), and internationally by the leading professional associations in the field. The duration of the program is four years, and it is carried out in accordance with the standards of the "World Council for Psychotherapy". The program is addressed to specialists whose activity corresponds to the norms of the National Health Insurance Company.

Medium-term and individualized programs of training in cognitive behavior psychotherapies:

The training is accredited by the "National College of Counselors and Psychotherapists" and is carried out in collaboration with the Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Cluj-Napoca. It is addressed to specialists (and students in their last years of study): psychologists, physicians, counselors, and psychotherapists that use in their practical work techniques of psychological assessment and counseling, psychotherapy, and hypnosis. Upon request, individualized training programs may be organized.

Workshops for:

• (A) initiation in cognitive-behavior psychotherapies;
• (B) assimilation of advanced techniques of cognitive behavior psychotherapies (including cognitive-behavioral hypnosis) and other evidence-based psychotherapies.

They are addressed to all those interested, carrying out their activities in the health, education, and legal domains, but also in other fields where techniques of psychological counseling, psychotherapy, and hypnosis can be used.
